Low Emissions Flooring

Flowcrete have developed a range of solvent-free epoxy flooring that combines high performance and aesthetic appeal, along with low VOC emissions, for a more sustainable solution.

The range, fully EPD (Environmental Product Declaration) certified, complies with the requirements for building certifications such as LEED, DGNB and BREEAM. The coatings are certified and audited by Eurofins Consumer Product Testing and they carry the label “Indoor Air Comfort Gold”.

Resin flooring must be able to face with mechanical, chemical, thermal and hygienic requirements, but at the same time contribute to the achievement of comfort through indoor air quality in a world increasingly oriented to sustainable construction.

Dedication to Innovation

At Flowcrete, we are dedicated to innovation, R&D, and building product portfolios that support sustainable requirements. As part of this, our new low emissions (LE) product range is a great example of developing systems to offer cutting-edge operational benefits in addition to benefits for reducing carbon emissions.

Flowcrete supports sustainable building as an active member of FeRFA, the Resin Flooring Association, and the BBA, which is committed to helping businesses and organisations supply the construction industry with products, systems and installers of the highest quality.

Key Benefits of the LE Range

  1. Low VOC emissions – comfort range to improve indoor air quality with the lowest possible emissions
  2. Enhanced UV resistant – resists colour changes better even in well-sunlit interiors
  3. Excellent mechanical & chemical resistance
  4. Safer in use – improved H&S conditions of the applicator during the flooring installation
