A 2-component, solvent free, epoxy resin primer for damp cementitious substrates that has a Relative Humidity up to 100% (to BS 8204).
Hydraseal DPM is used when the substrate is damp and normal Flowcrete primers cannot be used. Hydraseal DPM permits the installation of Flowcrete coatings on top of concrete substrates that have a relative humidity of up to 100%. However, the surface must be dry; no moisture may be visible on the
surface.
